Founder, Mike Calder, brings a well-rounded and deeply hands-on background spanning coastal, land-based, commercial, and infrastructure construction. His career began with the founding of Edgewater Construction, an electrical contracting company recognized for its precision, reliability, and high-quality workmanship. With a strong emphasis on waterfront and marine environments, he developed a reputation for delivering clean, efficient, and technically sound electrical solutions in some of the most demanding conditions.
Building on that foundation, Mike expanded his expertise beyond marine electrical work into broader construction disciplines. He has extensive experience in land development, commercial and infrastructure projects, structural concrete, and the operation of heavy equipment in complex and often constrained environments. His ability to seamlessly transition between disciplines, while maintaining a high standard of execution, reflects both his versatility and his deep understanding of construction as a whole.
